Mentorship

As a doctoral student at Columbia University, I have mentored over 30 undergraduates, recent graduates, and other students via the Barnard Summer Research Institute, the Formerly Incarcerated Reintegration Science Training Program, the Laidlaw Undergraduate Research and Leadership Scholarship Program, and the Summer Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR). 

I am proud to say that my current and former trainees are pursuing careers spanning many disciplines.

  • Abby McLaughlin is a Ph.D. student in Psychology at Boston College.
  • Jenny Barshay is pursuing a M.S.W. at New York University.
  • Tamás Gömöri is pursuing a M.S. in Cognitive Science at University of Vienna.
  • Rahil Kamath is a full-time research assistant at Columbia University Medical Center.
  • ​Aaliyah Triumph is a Ph.D. student in Philosophy at Harvard University.
  • Julia Yermash ​works as a research coordinator at the Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies at Brown University.
